Microsoft Teams Phone: Shared call history on devices

Microsoft Teams Phone is introducing a new Shared call history feature that allows users to view the call history on shared lines, providing an overview of all incoming, outgoing, and missed calls across shared lines. The rollout of this feature will begin in mid-March 2025 and is expected to be completed by late March 2025 worldwide and in GCC. For GCC High and DoD, the rollout will be completed by mid to late April and mid to late May, respectively. To prepare for the rollout, users should ensure that their Teams phone devices are updated with the latest application, and shared lines are set up. This feature will enhance collaboration and streamline communication by offering visibility into shared line activities, making it easier for users to track call interactions. No admin action is required before the rollout.
