Microsoft Teams: Collaborative call delegation on Teams phone devices
Microsoft Teams is making it even easier for users of Teams phone devices to collaborate on calls. Through this new feature, users will be able to give a specific group of people access to their phone line, allowing those members to both receive and initiate calls on behalf of others- all without utilizing a structured delegation system. This new addition will simplify and transform the communication experience for all members involved, making it even easier to collaborate. This feature is set to be released in December as part of Microsoft Teams' General Availability release phase and will be available on Android Cloud Instance GCC, Worldwide (Standard Multi-Tenant), GCC High.
