Microsoft Teams | Shared call history for delegates and delegators
Starting from late April 2024, Microsoft Teams will enable call delegators and delegates to have access to shared call history records for the shared line. Shared call history allows call delegators and delegates to keep track of who made or answered calls and review detailed event history. There would be no impact on tenants or admins since the rollout will happen automatically. Users may want to update their relevant documentation. This upgrade is associated with Microsoft 365 Roadmap ID 372115. Users will start seeing shared history records on their delegation line. The rollout will happen automatically with no admin action required, and users should be notified of this change and relevant documentations updated as appropriate.
