Microsoft Teams: Detailed call history
Microsoft Teams users can now gain a more comprehensive view of call history thanks to an update that allows for details on call transfers, forwarding, and the handling of group calls. This feature is now in the General Availability release phase and will be available on desktop and cloud platforms. It is being rolled out worldwide, including to DoD, GCC High, and GCC. The update was released on September of CY2022 and can be found under Roadmap ID 98455 on the Microsoft 365 roadmap.
To access these detailed call history features, simply refer to the roadmap link provided and start taking advantage of Microsoft Teams to the fullest.
