Microsoft Teams: Expanded incoming call setting options for Teams Phone Mobile users

Microsoft Teams has introduced a new feature that expands incoming call setting options for Teams Phone Mobile users. Mobile users can now choose whether they want to receive group calls, calls received as part of a call queue and meeting nudges natively on their mobile phone or in the Teams app. This feature provides greater flexibility and mobility to users, allowing them to move these calls between their native dialer or the Teams app without any interruption. The feature was released in the general availability release phase in March CY2024 and is available on iOS for both GCC and worldwide standard multi-tenant cloud instances.
