Microsoft Teams: Shared call history for delegates and delegators
In a bid to improve call delegation, Microsoft Teams will now offer shared call history records for the shared line. This feature allows call delegates and delegators to view shared call history records, providing a more tailored call delegation experience. This feature is now generally available on desktop and cloud instances for the worldwide standard multi-tenant, GCC High, and DoD platforms. The feature was released on April CY2024. The roadmap ID for this feature is 372115.
If you're in charge of managing call delegation on Microsoft Teams, this feature is definitely one to check out. It provides a better user experience and ensures important call history is not lost or miscommunicated.
