Microsoft Teams: Shared call history for call delegation on Teams phone devices
Microsoft Teams has introduced a new feature that allows call delegation with shared call history records on Teams phone devices. Call delegators and delegates will be able to view shared call history records for the shared line directly on their Teams phone devices. This feature promotes transparency and collaboration among team members. With this enhancement, all delegates associated with a user can keep tabs on incoming and outgoing calls for the shared line, irrespective of their participation in the call. This feature is now generally available for all users.
