Users will soon enjoy new call controls when there is a network outage with Survivable Branch Appliance. The controls will include contact search, dial by name, and the ability to initiate a call from the call history. VoIP calls to peers connected to the same SBA and network will be routed through PSTN if the call recipient has an associated phone number. The rollout will start in mid-February and end in late February. Admins do not need to make any changes as the feature will be enabled automatically.
