Microsoft Teams: Music on Hold for Call Transfer
Microsoft Teams is rolling out a new feature that allows for music to be played to callers on hold during call transfer for 1-1 VoIP and PSTN calls. This feature is geared towards enhancing the user experience by reducing any dead air time and letting the caller know that they are still on hold. This feature will be automatically applied to calls transferred and is expected to complete its rollout by late September.
