Microsoft Teams Detailed Call History Feature Update
In late September, Microsoft Teams will begin to roll out a call history feature update that provides users with a more comprehensive view of call transfers and forwards. Users will be able to see transferred calls, forwarded calls, and group calls in their call history. This update will have no impact on user workflow. The rollout is expected to be completed by mid-October for general availability and by early December for Government Clouds. It is recommended that users check for updates once the feature has been released.
