Microsoft Teams: Intelligent call recap (Premium)
Microsoft Teams' Calls app is set to get an intelligent call recap feature that will generate AI-generated notes and action items from your conversations, enabling you to focus on the discussion and saving time on coordination of next steps. This feature will be available for both VoIP and PSTN calls, and will work for calls with transcriptions enabled. This premium feature will enhance your Teams experience, making it easier to stay on top of important points during calls and streamline your workflow.
The release phase for this feature is set to be General Availability, with a release date of June 2024. The feature will be available on the Android platform, and on the Worldwide (Standard Multi-Tenant) cloud instance. Keep an eye out for this feature, and take your Teams experience to the next level.
