Microsoft Teams: Additional report fields in the time clock export for improved reporting in the Shifts app
This update is for Microsoft Teams users who manage frontline workers. Microsoft Teams will soon enhance its Shifts app's time clock export report feature to include additional fields. This update makes it easier to analyze and manage workforce activities by providing a more comprehensive and detailed view of scheduling data. This functionality will be available for Teams on web, Windows, and Mac desktops, rolling out worldwide by mid-December 2024.
To take advantage of the new fields added from Shifts, users can review reporting processes and update documentation or training materials. This change will be automatically applied by default, with no admin action required before the rollout. If your organization does not have frontline workers, you can disregard this message.
