Viva Amplify: Export report data
Viva Amplify now provides users with three export options to efficiently manage and analyze report data. These options include: 'Copy as Image' for single card snapshots, 'Export to CSV' for full data analysis and 'Export to PowerPoint' for presentation-ready slides. Admins are advised to inform and prepare users for the rollout, which is expected to occur between late August and September 2024. With the 'Copy as Image' option, a single click can copy the graphical content of a card to the local clipboard, allowing users to paste it to any desktop or browser application that supports Cut & Paste. The 'Export to CSV' option generates a .CSV file containing all the data available for the underlying report, whereas the 'Export to PowerPoint' option generates a ready-to-share PowerPoint file, containing a snapshot of the slide content and saved to the user’s local machine. These options aim to provide users with multiple ways to analyze and manipulate report data outside of the Amplify Reporting and Analytics experience.
Admins are advised to inform and update existing internal user training materials and documentation while preparing for the rollout.
