Microsoft Teams: Ability to set the availability by specific date in Shifts

Microsoft Teams: Ability to set the availability by specific date in Shifts

Microsoft Teams is introducing a new feature for frontline workers in the Shifts module. Previously, only daily recurring availability could be set, but with this new feature, specific date and time availability can also be set. This addition offers more flexibility for frontline workers when scheduling their shifts and ensures that they can balance their work and personal life demands.

The new feature is scheduled to be released in January CY2024 and will be available on both desktop and cloud platforms. The feature will be released globally on the standard multi-tenant cloud instance and GCC.

If you're a frontline worker who uses Microsoft Teams, this feature will give you greater control over your shifts and help you better manage your work-life balance.

Follow the roadmap ID 156952 to stay updated on this feature and its release.
