Microsoft Teams: Shifts notification deep link improvements
Managers and frontline workers using Microsoft Teams will now find it easier to take appropriate actions when receiving notifications for key activities. For instance, a manager receiving a notification for requests can click on the notification and be directed to the request approval page, while frontline workers who get notified of new shift schedules will be taken directly to the schedule view. These improvements are part of Microsoft Teams' general availability release, which will be available on Android and cloud instances including GCC, DoD, and Worldwide (Standard Multi-Tenant), with a release date of August CY2023.
