Microsoft Teams: Privacy options for frontline managers to control Time off in Shifts app
Microsoft Teams has released privacy options for frontline managers to manage time off requests in the Shifts app. This new feature allows managers to set the level of visibility on notes and reasons provided by frontline workers when submitting time-off requests. These settings can be applied at the team level, providing greater control and privacy for managing work schedules. The feature became available for general use in November CY2023 and can be accessed on the Android platform and worldwide cloud instances. For frontline managers, this new addition provides added convenience and control with scheduling.
