Syntex OCR for image-only multi-page PDF and TIFF

This update enables Syntex OCR to extract text from multi-page image-only PDF and TIFF files configured in your libraries, making the extracted text available to Microsoft Purview scenarios and end-user search-powered scenarios. This feature will roll out in two phases, preview in early October, followed by standard release transitioning the feature to GA in late October The update also charges OCR on a per-page basis for multi-page PDF and TIFF documents. As an organization, you can check your Syntex OCR configuration in the Microsoft Admin Center and ensure it is applied to desired sites. Inform end-users of the improved searchability and policy compliance of these sites. If you haven't configured OCR yet, visit Setup-> Files and Content-> Set up Syntex and connect to an Azure subscription to set up Syntex. Select the sites you want to have OCRed, either in the Manage Syntex area in the MAC or in Microsoft Purview under settings.
