Microsoft Teams: Shifts plugin for Copilot for Microsoft 365
Microsoft Teams has launched a new Shifts plug-in for Copilot that provides frontline managers with insights on shifts, open shifts and time off. The plug-in utilizes data from the Shifts app, in addition to user and company data it has access to, to give a comprehensive view of scheduling and staffing needs. This provides managers with the necessary tools to create and manage schedules for their teams, improving efficiency and reducing the risk of scheduling conflicts. The new plug-in is available on the iOS platform and is expected to be generally available by June 2024.
