Microsoft Teams: Copilot for Sales plugin for Copilot in Teams meetings
Microsoft Teams has unveiled a new plugin called Copilot for Sales, which is now available in Teams meetings. Admins can enable this feature in the plugin menu and users can toggle it on and off as needed. When enabled, the plugin allows Copilot in Teams meetings to access Sales and Dynamics 365 data, providing insights about the sales opportunity based on the meeting transcript. Additionally, if the name of a relevant account is mentioned, the plugin can retrieve brand information from Dynamics 365. The Copilot for Sales plugin is turned off by default, but admins can enable it now for General Availability Release on the Microsoft Teams platform.
