Microsoft Teams: Import schedule improvements in Shifts app
Microsoft Teams' Shifts app has improved its schedule import feature for frontline managers who use Excel to manage schedules. These managers can now view the import history of their teams, allowing them to monitor the status and outcome of their import at any time. The update was released on March CY2024 and is available on the desktop and cloud instances of Microsoft Teams worldwide. These improvements enable managers to track the progress of their teams and make any necessary adjustments to optimize team performance.
