Microsoft Teams: Delayed simultaneous ring setting
Microsoft Teams has introduced a new feature called "Delayed simultaneous ring" which would be especially useful for teams handling shared call responsibilities. With this feature, instead of notifying everyone at once when a call comes in, the intended recipient would be configured first. This helps reduce noise and distractions, making it particularly useful for customer service teams and delegates. This feature is now generally available and can be accessed on Mac cloud platform instances worldwide. The roadmap ID for this feature is 468866.
