Power Platform – General availability of solution-aware cloud flow sharing limits is now available
The Power Platform now offers solution-aware cloud flow sharing limits, which allows administrators to control how makers share their cloud flows. This feature is expected to be available to customers for their managed environments by December 13, 2024. With this control, administrators can choose to enable or disable sharing of cloud flows. When sharing is disabled, makers cannot share their flows with any individual or security group. However, this does not affect the access of individuals or security groups that were shared with before disabling sharing. Conversely, when sharing is enabled, makers are free to share their flows with as many individuals or security groups as desired. This control is specific to solution-aware cloud flows and can be configured at both an individual and group level. No action is required to prepare for this feature, as the announcement is purely for awareness purposes. For more information, visit the Limit Sharing - Power Platform page after November 19, 2024.
