OneDrive: Sharing experiences – simplifying link settings
OneDrive has introduced improvements to the link settings feature aimed at simplifying sharing files and folders with colleagues. The updates ensure that users have access to more helpful tooltips, clearer language, and a better understanding of the most appropriate link type and permissions for their needs when sharing files. This change will be made available globally on Android devices in November 2022 for all instances including Worldwide (Standard Multi-Tenant), DoD, and GCC High, among others. The Roadmap ID for this feature is 103606 and more information can be found on the Microsoft 365 Roadmap.
