Microsoft Purview | Communication Compliance: Multiple public preview features rolling out to general availability

Microsoft Purview's Communication Compliance solution is getting some new features, which were previously in public preview, that will now be available for general use. By mid-November, these features are expected to be completely rolled out. One of these public preview features is the classifier that detects customer complaints, which will help in maintaining regulatory compliance obligations such as FINRA Rule 4530 and other similar regulations. Additionally, the Recommended Policy Actions feature will enable organizations to identify potential areas of risk and determine the type and scope of policies to be configured by displaying the aggregate number of matches per classification type, without providing any personally identifiable information. In conclusion, the Communication Compliance tools ease regulatory compliance violations by detecting potentially problematic and sensitive information and by having robust privacy controls.
