Microsoft Purview | Communication Compliance: Reporting improvements
Microsoft Purview Communication Compliance makes reporting easier by introducing a more user-friendly interface to create and download reports for specific users. This includes the number of alerts generated and remedial actions taken within a specific date range under the scope of a policy. The tool provides a solution to detect violations of regulatory compliance, such as the sharing of confidential information, harassing or threatening language, and adult content, in an organization. The tool is built with privacy in mind and includes pseudonymized usernames by default, role-based access controls, and audit logs. The product is globally available on the web cloud instance. It will be available for preview in December CY2022, and its general availability is set for March CY2023.
Overall, this update to Microsoft Purview Communication Compliance is aimed at making reporting more efficient and user-friendly, while providing tools to maintain regulatory compliance.
