Microsoft Purview compliance portal: Communication Compliance Insightful Policy Performance – Public Preview

Microsoft Purview Communication Compliance is launching a new feature called Insightful Policy Performance, which provides real-time visibility into scanning progress and updates on parent items that meet policy conditions. This new feature will be available in the public preview starting from early December 2023, and the rollout will be completed by late March 2024. The Communication Compliance homepage will offer two columns to provide a quick overview of policy performance, including the number of scanned parent items and parent items that meet policy conditions. This feature helps organizations to detect business conduct and regulatory compliance violations, such as sensitive or confidential information, and harassment or threatening language. Microsoft Purview Communication Compliance solution is built with privacy by design, with pseudonymized usernames, built-in role-based access controls, opted-in investigators by an admin, and audit logs to ensure user-level privacy. To access Communication Compliance, you must use the Microsoft Purview compliance portal.
