Outlook: Setting to toggle comma as recipient delimiter
Outlook now offers a new setting that allows users to choose whether to use a semicolon or a comma as a recipient separator. This is particularly useful for organizations that format contacts in the "Last name, First name" format since it enables users to choose whether to include the comma as part of the contact name or use it as a separator. With the toggle option, users can customize their settings to match their preferences. This feature is available on both Outlook Web and New Outlook. The release of this feature is scheduled for January CY2025. This post was originally published on M365 Admin.
