Outlook: Mail Merge (Advanced) on Outlook on the Web and new Outlook for Windows
Outlook Mail Merge is getting a significant upgrade with advanced features that allow for personalized, unique emails to be sent to each recipient. The new Mail Merge will replace field values with unique content per email address and enable personalization, including the recipient's names, in the content. This will be available on both Outlook on the Web and the new Outlook for Windows. These improvements are scheduled to be released for General Availability in April CY2025 and will be available on the Desktop and Cloud instances worldwide for the standard multi-tenant platform. This feature is part of the Roadmap ID 423047 and can be accessed via the following link: https://www.microsoft.com/microsoft-365/roadmap?featureid=423047.
