Stream video recordings in Outlook

Microsoft is rolling out a new feature that allows users to record and insert Stream video recordings directly into Outlook emails. With this new update, users will be able to record a video of themselves or their screens, and include it within their email communication. The feature will become available through Outlook on the web and the new Outlook for Windows. The rollout is expected to begin in December 2023 and is expected to be completed by March 2024. Organizations may want to notify their users about this change and update any relevant documentation as appropriate. Stay tuned for the new update's arrival, which is part of Microsoft 365 Roadmap ID 185369.
