Transcription for Calls on Microsoft Teams for Android
The Microsoft Teams app for Android will soon support transcription for 1:1 and group calls. This feature will be rolled out in late-October and is expected to be completed by early-November. After the call has ended, users can view the transcriptions for both 1:1 and group calls. To configure the availability of transcription for calls, use the Transcription Meeting Policy in the admin center. This update is associated with Microsoft 365 Roadmap ID 98510. Stay tuned for the release and start leveraging the benefits of call transcription.
