Microsoft Purview compliance portal: Audit (Premium) – Customized Retention Policies: Long-Term Retention
Microsoft has recently added new long-term retention policies, including 3 years, 5 years, and 7 years, as part of the 10-year Audit Log Retention add-on SKU. These policies are available in public preview for customers with the license. The release date for the product is set for July CY2023, and it will be available on the Web Cloud Instance and multiple platforms worldwide. This development is part of the roadmap ID 144251.
