Outlook: Track Read Receipts within Outlook on the Web and the New Outlook for Windows
Outlook is introducing a new feature that will allow users to track the read receipts of emails sent within the platform. Users will be able to view the updated read receipt status of recipients directly from the sent item. This feature is currently under development and will be released in the General Availability Release phase in December CY2023. It will be available on the web cloud instance worldwide and for GCC users.
If you've been waiting for a solution to track read receipts within Outlook, this feature will likely be a welcome addition. Stay tuned for its release in December CY2023 and start tracking your emails with ease.
