Outlook: New “Categorized email” and “Mail from specific people” search folders will be supported in the new Outlook for Windows and web
Microsoft Outlook is updating its search folders by adding two new folders designed to enhance inbox organization, namely Categorized email search folders that filter emails by assigned categories and Mail from specific people search folders that automatically collect and sort emails from designated contacts. These search folders will be supported in the new Outlook for Windows and web, providing a virtual folder view of all email items that match specific search criteria. This new feature is set to be released in May CY2024 for the Desktop Cloud Instance Worldwide (Standard Multi-Tenant). Stay organized with Outlook's new tools!
