Microsoft Purview compliance portal: Insider Risk Management – Static alert and case IDs (U.S. Government clouds)

Insider Risk Management on Microsoft Purview compliance portal will now provide admins with static alert and case IDs to help track and communicate investigation progress more easily. The tool correlates various signals to identify potential malicious and inadvertent insider risks, such as data leakage, security violations and IP theft. Users are pseudonymized by default, and role-based access controls and audit logs are in place to ensure user-level privacy. Insider Risk Management allows users to create policies to manage security and compliance, and is set to launch on the Web Cloud Instance GCC High, GCC, DoD in September CY2023.
