Microsoft Purview Insider Risk Management: General availability of static alert and case IDs

Microsoft Purview Insider Risk Management is bringing new features to help admins manage security and compliance more efficiently. The upcoming rollout will provide static alert and case IDs for tracking and communicating progress with colleagues more easily. No action is needed to enable these features, and they can be found on the alert and case pages in Insider Risk Management. Microsoft Purview Insider Risk Management is designed to identify and manage potential malicious or inadvertent insider risks, such as IP theft, data leakage, and security violations. The solution is pseudonymized by default, and role-based access controls and audit logs are in place to ensure user-level privacy. Rollout of these features will begin in late September and is expected to be complete by early October.
