Microsoft Purview compliance portal : Insider Risk Management – Recommended actions enhancements (U.S. Government clouds)

Microsoft Purview Insider Risk Management has received some enhancements in recommended actions, including optional weekly or daily email notifications for high severity alerts and warnings summary. This feature, designed for U.S. Government clouds, is aimed at helping users optimize policy configurations. By correlating various signals, Insider Risk Management can identify potential security violations, data leakage, and IP theft, helping users manage security and compliance through policy creation. To better protect user-level privacy, the tool default pseudonymizes users and implements role-based access controls and audit logs. These enhancements are set to be released in May CY2023 and will be available on GCC, Worldwide (Standard Multi-Tenant), DoD, and GCC High platforms.
