Microsoft Purview compliance portal: Insider Risk Management – Improved alert filtering

Microsoft Purview compliance portal has announced an update that allows users to filter out previously reviewed activities, providing analysts and investigators with the ability to focus on new activities that could indicate a security breach. The Insider Risk Management feature is designed to detect any potential malicious or accidental insider risks, such as IP theft, data leakage, or security violations. The tool enables customers to create security and compliance policies while keeping user-level privacy intact through pseudonymization by default and role-based access controls. This update is currently in preview and is expected to be generally available from December CY2023.
