Microsoft Viva Engage Premium: New Benchmarks in Analytics

Microsoft Viva Engage Premium is set to bring new benchmarks in analytics with the addition of a 1-2 Benchmarks feature to the Analytics dashboard. This feature will showcase how your metrics compare to other Viva Engage customers, and the percentile will demonstrate engagement levels in your organization compared to similarly sized networks. The benchmark will be visible on two new cards - the Network activity and Audience activity. The rollout is expected to begin in mid-May 2024 and complete by late May 2024. To prepare for the rollout, verified and network admins can turn Benchmarks on and off from the Viva Engage admin center, but Benchmarks must be enabled on at least five networks to provide accurate percentiles in Network analytics. The Audience analytics percentile, on the other hand, reveals how your engagement levels compare to all audiences in the same organization, and it will be accessible to leaders, delegate managers, and delegates through the Audience engagement card. This feature is a valuable addition to Viva Engage Premium for organizations seeking to assess their effectiveness and impact.
