Microsoft Viva: Engage Conversation Analytics
Microsoft Viva is receiving an update that allows for better conversation analytics. These updates will help users to understand engagement trends on their posts, including the sentiment of employees towards popular conversations.
The product will be released for general availability in January CY2024, with a preview becoming available in November CY2023. The platform for this product will be web and cloud-based, with worldwide availability for the standard multi-tenant instance. The roadmap ID for this update is 168625.
With these updates to Microsoft Viva, it will be easier for businesses to analyze and understand employee conversations, facilitating better engagement and communication.
