(Reminder) Microsoft Teams displays impacted by retirement of CNS Service API support: Upgrade Required

If you are using Microsoft Teams displays, it is important to note that support for the legacy services infrastructure for chat messaging will end on September 30, 2024. In order to avoid disruptions, it is necessary to update your devices to version 1449/1.0.95.2024062804 or later. The update can be done manually or automatically, with automatic updates scheduled outside of normal business hours. Microsoft Teams devices are governed by the Microsoft Modern Lifecycle Policy, requiring users to stay on the most up-to-date version of the Teams displays application. The retirement of the legacy services infrastructure for chat messaging affects chat, missed calls, incoming calls, and voicemails notifications. To prepare, update your Teams displays to version 1449/1.0.95.2024062804 as soon as possible using either the manual or automatic update process. For more information, refer to the Modern Lifecycle Policy and Lifecycle FAQ links provided in the post.
