Microsoft Teams: Browser screen pop for incoming PSTN calls
With Microsoft Teams, admins now have the ability to enable a policy that automatically launches a browser alongside Teams when they accept a PSTN call. This feature is incredibly useful, as it displays relevant information like CRM data and case data, empowering users to deliver more effective communication. This update was released on a worldwide scale in November CY2022, and is compatible with Desktop Cloud Instance, GCC, GCC High, and DoD platforms.
