Outlook: New Sensitivity Bar in Outlook on the Web

Outlook: New Sensitivity Bar in Outlook on the Web

Microsoft has introduced a new Sensitivity bar in Outlook on the web to offer a more visible and contextual user experience. It helps in viewing and implementing sensitivity labels in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. The new Sensitivity bar will provide consistency across all Microsoft 365 apps and incorporate label colors set by administrators, when it is rolled out for general availability in May CY2023. This feature has been added on the worldwide (Standard Multi-Tenant) cloud instance. The preview will be available from April CY2023.

If you're using Outlook as part of Microsoft 365, this new Sensitivity bar feature will make it easier for you to apply labeling for your emails and other documents.
