Microsoft Teams: Queues app (Premium)

Microsoft Teams is introducing a new app called "Queues" to help teams handle customer calls right within the Teams platform. This app will allow team members to handle inbound calls from various sources, make outbound calls, and easily collaborate with each other. With the Queues app, authorized users can also monitor call queues, generate reports on queue and agent performance, and configure call queues and auto attendants using Teams settings. This is a Teams Premium feature, available for desktop and cloud instances worldwide. The new app is set to be released in June 2024 and is identified by roadmap ID 379980.
