Microsoft Teams: Call Health Panel for VDI

Microsoft Teams offers a Call Health Panel to help users troubleshoot common issues that might arise during a Teams meeting or call. This feature provides real-time metrics on various aspects such as network, audio, screen sharing, and outgoing video quality. These metrics are updated every 15 seconds and can be accessed by selecting the 'More actions' icon at the top of the call window and then choosing 'Call health' from the menu. It is best used to identify and troubleshoot issues that last at least 15 seconds during a call or meeting.

This feature is available on Microsoft Teams for the web and cloud instances including GCC High, Worldwide (Standard Multi-Tenant), DoD, GCC. It was released on May CY2023 and is a part of the general availability release.
