Microsoft Teams: View, download, and delete Microsoft OneDrive for Business transcript files

Starting April 2024, Microsoft Teams will simplify the saving of meeting transcript files by storing them exclusively in OneDrive for Business, instead of in both OneDrive and Exchange Online. This means users can view, download, and delete transcript files efficiently from one location. The change will apply only to transcription-enabled organizations. No action is required to prepare for this alteration, but organizations might want to notify users and update documentation accordingly.
