Microsoft Teams: Teams meeting recordings will be saved to meeting organizer’s OneDrive for Business
Microsoft Teams is rolling out a change in the way meeting recordings are saved. Moving forward, the Teams meeting recordings will be saved to the OneDrive for Business of the meeting organizer instead of the person who initiated the recording. This change improves compliance and allows meeting organizers to manage access permissions and recording file management. The rollout is set for general availability release in May CY2024 and will be available on desktop and cloud instances worldwide, as well as GCC High, DoD, and GCC.
