Microsoft Purview compliance portal: eDiscovery (Premium) – Enhancements for Teams meeting recordings & videos stored in OneDrive & SharePoint

Microsoft Purview compliance portal is introducing enhancements to improve the management of Teams meeting recording and video files in OneDrive and SharePoint. With these enhancements, eDiscovery workflows will be more effective, allowing for the collection and review of metadata associated with these files. The metadata includes transcripts/captions, chapters, and custom thumbnails, which assist in better organizing and reviewing the data. The product release phase preview is set to release in April CY2023 after the preview date of March CY2023. The platform is web cloud instance, worldwide (standard multi-tenant), and GCC.
