Microsoft Teams: Teams Shared Device license on Teams mobile app for Android

The Teams Shared Device license is now available on the Teams mobile app for Android, allowing for greater flexibility and mobility in the workplace. With this update, Android phones can be configured as shared devices, enabling features such as Walkie Talkie, call queues, cloud voicemail, auto attendants, call park, and other calling features currently supported for common area phones. This update brings the power of Microsoft Teams to Android mobile devices, making it easier than ever to connect and collaborate on-the-go.
Microsoft Teams plans to make this feature generally available by August 2023 and is currently available on Android devices for GCC, Worldwide (Standard Multi-Tenant), and GCC High Cloud Instances.
