Microsoft Purview now offers customizable email templates to enhance DLP incident management, ensuring efficient and consistent communication for stakeholders when an event is generated for DLP Policy match. With additional dynamic variables and tokens, you can stay on top of remediation efforts, reminding end-users of due dates and keeping analysts informed about incident updates, assignments and escalation notifications to managers or other custom targets. You can also notify approvers of pending items with ease. The feature is set to be generally available from July CY2024 and is available across various web cloud platforms.
