Microsoft Teams: Private Line on Teams Phone Devices
Microsoft Teams Phone Devices now support a new feature called Private Line, which enables users to have a private second phone number to receive calls directly, bypassing the need for delegates, admins, or assistants. This functionality provides a unique notification and ringtone to distinguish incoming calls on the private line. The feature has been made generally available on Android platform and will be released on GCC, GCC High, and Worldwide (Standard Multi-Tenant) cloud instances by July CY2024. The roadmap ID for this feature is 396769.
